| There are two sandy beaches available. A small bay with shallow water - ideal for parents with little kids (left side picture) and the main-beach which stretches for miles (right side picture). |

You can rent parasols and sun-beds for a reasonable price there. There are also
several tavernas on the beaches where you can get something to eat and drink. (The pictures were taken in the low season, be sure to see more people there in the mid and high season ......! ) |

The only sweet-water lake, the 'Kournas-Lake' can be found approximately 4 miles from Georgioupoli.
